Christmas Raffle 2012

This is just going to be a brief blog, nothing big or anything. As the title says, we'll be holding a Christmas Raffle in order to raise money for a guild hall. In order to raise the max amount of money, we're making this Istaria-Wide. No, we are NOT advertising now, we still need to get things in order. As said in the events page (Currently Christmas Raffle and Comp. Contest page) we need volunteers! We're going to begin taking down volunteers and ordering you to specific items of specific levels. Some of you will be doing scale packs, other scales, others claws, and some will be gathering components for the scales Tsukiu will be making. When the fall festival rolls around we will also have volunteers gathering masks, costumes, and candy. Guild members, assuming the ones reading this are guildies, will get one free ticket, the rest you need to pay for! Tickets will be one silver each and the winning announcements will be made on the Floating Isle!

If you want to buy tickets report to Tsukiu or me on what item category you are buying tickets for! You can't just buy 20 tickets and have us assume you want scales when you want a claw! Please send us an email if you want to volunteer! We expect all guildies to volunteer due to that fact that no one outside of the guild will.

Yes, this is a little bit in advance, but it's worth it! We will tell you when we need items by and who to give them to! Right now if you have any prizes for the raffle you would like to donate then tell me to get on Sukari ShadowsCrest (our mascot!) to put the prizes in her. Make at least ten of your assigned items! We will tell you later on once we find out more details what level you will be making things at. We'll use the extra items for an auction we might be holding later on! Some of the items will be set asside for the guild.

Hey guys!
This is just going to be a short little update. :)
We are going to start thinking about working on the mascot, Sukari, but I still need to actually level, sooo.
We've also launched the first journal to Wind's Blog, so keep track and subscribe so we know you don't miss out on important hunt and contest info!
We also want to fill the new ranking positions, just check back into the last blog to see the requirements.
**Note; We need adults-ancients for these positions, we can't have hatchlings, sorry. D:**
Well, on another note, we're still trying to figure out the video we made so subscribe to our channel under my name, and email us if you want us to put your videos up on the site.
We also need screenies for the guildies section, so if you have any feel free to email me!
If you want to invite someone to the guild, whether it be an alt or a friend, we might appoint some people to the job.
**If you want to be able to add people to the guild, we will give you a ranking. You must be on during the week, not just the weekends. We will be giving this rank to at the most 6 people, so secure your place as an inviter today. You will be given higher features than new members, so be aware of that.**
Anyway, I believe that's it.
I'll post a new blog if any info wasn't covered. :)

Reminders n' things

So, let me start off with new rankings!
I am now running this guild without the help of Ammy. Wind and Tsu are a huge help, but I want to know I can trust you guys with bigger things!
So, Wind suggested this, we should have a few chiefs. Or, in other words, sub-masters. (Just made it up now! x3)
So, the different chiefs:
Chief of hunts- Organizing and researching new bosses to fight. They can be low level bosses and the higher leveld members can help the little ones. They can be high level bosses that the middle and lower level members can watch, too. These can be organized whenever! It doesn't have to be a weekly thing, just something that fit's into your schedule. I think it should be a high level and experienced person with the position, but if you're willing to do the research and stay organized, email me!
Chief of storage and finances- What I mean by chief of finances is someone who can get us a guild vault and help us save up money for things like foods for parties and even for a guild lair at some point. With this rank, you need to encourage guildies to donate small amounts at a time so we can actually have money in a vault. Now, you won't be alone in this! I'll also be a big part of helping. What would be nice is someone who is organized and good with working around in Istaria.
Chief of events- This is pretty intense. xD Well, basically, you're going to be in charge of events. With hunts, you will need to help plan them with the Chief of hunts. You will also be in charge of proposing ideas to us (this goes for you too, Chief o' hunts!). These can be contests or weekly events!
*Note: You need to be on at least a little more than the weekends if possible for each ranking.

Just add it in the comments below or email it me at shadowscrestguild@gmail.com! (I think you guys might have to email me, I don't think the comments are smart enough to give a file attatchment.)
